Trek's Mt. Track 220 is a sturdy ride well equipped to please both parents and child. He'll love the cool looks, great graphics, knobby tires and suspension fork. You'll be glad it's made with light, durable aluminum, choice components and that it's professionally assembled. Plus, the twist shifters and 21-speed Shimano drivetrain make it easy for your young mountain biker to climb higher and ride farther, while the linear-pull brakes provide excellent stopping power and safety.

Bought this for my sons birthday this summer, it's been great! We stared with the pedals up, seat down and got him going, he's growing so fast we've already lowered the handles and the seat is up an inch! The bike is well made and since it's usually lined up properly we don't have as much downtime as with a [...] bike. He's also very artful with it understanding it's value. It's been nice to be ble to give him something he can respect and take care of.
Bought this for my youngest son's 9th birthday. He's quite short, so the old Haro 24" bike wasn't going to fit him. This bike has a really low standover! It's light and well-balanced. It's turned my timid rider into a demon tearing up the back yard who can't wait to try mountain trails! We rode for 10 miles on a bike path last weekend, and he wanted to go further. Very easy for him to handle. I do wish it had a quick-release seat post - kids seem to need frequent adjustments there.
